Instead of starting from scratch, we invest in these communities—
identifying what’s needed and stepping in with resources, training, funding, and expertise to strengthen and expand their impact.
And from within these communities, we find those with stories to tell, voices that deserve to be heard—but who lack the tools and access to share them.

At Oasis Voices of Humanity Foundation, we believe that everyone has a story worth telling. But too often, the voices of the unheard, the overlooked, and the underserved fade into silence.
That’s where we come in. Our mission is to empower individuals—especially those facing challenges—by providing the training, tools, and support they need to share their stories through podcasting.

🌟 "Christmas Day 2024, in an empty Walmart parking lot. A OVH volunteer found me and my dog. They looked at me and said we'd like to offer you some help. They ask if they trained me would you like a job? I agreed. They said you start tomorrow, paid for a hotel room for 1 week, gave me $100 in gift cards, and actual dog food. Now, I'm a freelance podcast script writer."
A Second Chance at Life
🌟 "I never thought I'd get a good job or have a career. For years, I relied on shelters just to survive. OVH gave me a future. After completing the training program, I landed a job as an administrative assistant. Now, I have my own apartment, and for the first time, I feel in control of my life. Thank you for believing in me when I couldn’t believe in myself."
Aged Out of Foster Care Alone
🌟 After aging out at 18, with no family to rely on or get help from, no support, no job, and no healthy meals to speak of. Marcus many faced years of hardship. "OVH was a God send, They taught me podcast editing. After training They helped me land a remote job, and I was soon able to secure a home for my children. I feel very blessed to have been helped by OVH."
Breaking the Cycle for Her Kids
🌟 "I grew up watching my mom struggle, I was headed down the same road, two kids, no job, and nowhere to turn. At a rescue mission I thank God found Oasis Voices of Humanity. After going through their job training program, I started working in customer service. My kids see me working hard, and for the first time, I know they have a better future ahead."

🌟 "I lost everything after an injury took me out of work. I was sleeping in my car, showering at gas stations, and living on dollar-menu meals. Oasis Voices didn’t just give me food; they gave me purpose. They trained me in audio editing, and today, I work in podcast production. I just bought my own car—one I don’t have to sleep in. I can’t put into words what that means."
We refuse to let the veterans, young adults, the lost and down on their luck, fall through the cracks.
