👩‍🏫 Teach with OVH

We are currently only accepting Volunteers in the city of Texarkana, TX/AR

When you teach at OVH, you're not just passing on skills — you're lighting torches. Our students come from all walks of life, many with stories of hardship, recovery, or reinvention. They’re eager to learn, grow, and speak up. Your knowledge, patience, and perspective can help someone take the mic with confidence.

🎓 What You Can Teach

• Podcasting fundamentals: audio setup, recording, mic technique
• Editing and production using DAWs (Audacity, Adobe Audition, etc.)
• Story development, interview prep, or scripting
• Voice, tone, public speaking, and self-expression
• Publishing workflows, uploading, metadata, marketing basics

🏠 Where You Can Teach

Teaching can happen in-person (if local to our program locations) or virtually via Zoom or pre-recorded sessions. We support live workshops, 1-on-1 sessions, and group classes.

⏳ How Much Time?

You set your schedule. Whether you want to lead a one-time masterclass or teach a recurring course, we’ll work with your availability and match you with eager learners.
