Last Wishes are an unfulfilled wish, dream, or desire. Hospice team members are encouraged to work to access sources within their local communities that can partner with the Foundation to fulfill last wishes. The Odyssey VistaCare Hospice Foundation partners with the Dream Foundation through an annual grant to support their mission of making dreams come true for many adults battling life-limiting illnesses throughout the country.
