If this is a memorial or tribute gift, simply note on the memo line of your check (or attach a note) that your gift is "in memory" or "in honor" of an individual. If you would like an acknowledgement letter of your gift sent to a particular family member of the deceased or honoree, please provide that person's name and address. Donors will receive an acknowledgement letter including tax information for their gift.
